About
Strength training, thoughtfully coached.
Elevar Strength & Fitness is a strength coaching studio and online coaching service built around one idea: training that still works when life gets busy.
What Elevar does
Elevar Strength & Fitness coaches strength training for people who want a plan that holds up outside the gym. That means three things: semi-private personal training in the studio, fully individualised online coaching, and nutrition support that fits around the week you actually live.
Every program starts with an assessment. We look at how you move, where you're starting from, and what your week realistically allows, then build a plan around your body, your equipment and your schedule. It gets reviewed and adjusted as you respond. Studio sessions run in small groups so every rep is watched and corrected, and online clients get the same programming, feedback and regular check-ins, just without the drive.
Nutrition is coached the same way: structured and sustainable, built on food you'll keep eating rather than a short challenge you abandon in three weeks.
Who it's for
Elevar is for people who want to get genuinely stronger and stay capable for the long run. Some clients have never held a barbell. Others are returning after an injury, a long break, or years of training that never quite added up. Some are experienced lifters who have stalled and want a fresh set of eyes on their program.
Most of them are busy, with work, kids, shift schedules and travel in the way. Coaching here is designed to survive those weeks instead of assuming they won't happen. If you train with us online, you get the same attention as our studio clients, wherever you are.
Who's behind it
Elevar is coached and run by Michael, who has been training people for over a decade. He came to coaching from the corporate world, after deciding his skills were better spent making an impact on people's lives through exercise. With a background in sport, strength and conditioning, he is a big proponent of resistance training. It's where body composition, strength and sports performance actually change, and he'll teach you to move correctly from the outset so your progress stays safe and keeps going.
Michael is known for a people-first approach, an eye for technical detail, and being just as happy to have a chat and a laugh as he is to write the next block. He believes long-term exercise is essential for overall health, and he competes as a Masters (40–44) Olympic weightlifter, which is his own reminder that age is no barrier to a positive mindset or a personal goal.
The caseload stays deliberately small. That isn't a marketing line. Watching every rep, noticing the small compensations and keeping a plan honest when life gets busy only works at a size where nobody gets lost in the room.
